People who have visited us always speak of the love, compassion and the bond, which exists in the centre between the residents and staff.
Casa Caritas is a privately owned home. Residents over the age of 18
receive a small Disability Grant from Government which contributes about
twenty percent towards the monthly fees required to sustain a resident.
The Board and Management of Casa Caritas have therefore embarked on and
committed themselves to develop programs that ensure a long term sustainable
income. The fact that twenty percent of the residents are partly subsidized
makes the implementation of a sustainable program even more important.
Fifty percent of the budgeted income is raised through donations and sponsors.
Not withstanding the above, the quality of care will not be compromised.
